"Very rude girl did my nails, barely said one word to me the whole time she was doing my nails, too busy talking on the phone! (She had earphones in) So unprofessional it's unbelievable, was so uncomfortable sitting there!! Get some friendly staff that actually talk to their customers, rather than to their mates on the phone! Should not be allowed. My nails seemed fine at first, however about a week later they started to get break a little bit which caused pain and I had no choice but to pull it off as it would get caught in everything. It was really sore for a few days as it went down too far! Never going back, disgrace of a place"

"The nail girls are brilliant at what they do, I always get my shellacs done here, and reasonable price listing for everything. However, I went through a faze of getting my eye brows done every month and I found their products caused me pain. I thought it was just because I have thick hair and I had done my own for so long, but I used to get my eye brows done lots at other spas and it didn't hurt as much, so not sure if the materials are cheaper here."
