"Good with my 2-year-old. £12."
"Poor service; horrible haircut. Horrendous. (Just to add on more details, just so people can have a full picture of what had happened.) I walked into the store to ask for a haircut, which to avoid confusion I recon will be the easiest way to just show a picture of my previous hairstyle, that bit is all correct. However, I was assigned to a clearly inexperienced barber, who doesn’t seem to know what he was doing, and constantly coughing to my face, without even trying to cover or move away, while doing the haircut. Which already made I feel uncomfortable enough, and during the haircut not only did he had zero communication with me on how is it going, he kept stop the clipper and chat to his colleagues. When I already being polite enough to state: “could you please hurry up, as I’m in a hurry”-that was already 30mins into the haircut, not 5 mins, and he is not even halfway through, as he spent majority of the past half an hour chatting to his colleagues. In which he responded: “I’m nearly done anyway.” Which I looked at the mirror, it’s basically not even close to the length I asked for, and the skin fade was just blended terribly, you can see the line. So I responded: “okay, then. It’s perfect thanks” as I don’t want to further wasted my time and energy in it, and rather just go and find some other barber. (I refuse the shampoo, as it wasn’t even free, they intended to charged me 3£ for a hair wash anyway.) I believe I was by no means being a horrible customer, I didn’t even want to create the fuss, if the barber thinks he is being quick and efficient enough, and a badly half-done job is a “done work” to him, then there was nothing much I could argue on the point, so I paid and left and thanks him, with all the grace. However, as a customer, I believe it is my basic right to express and share my honest, first hand experience about the place. I didn’t want to “complain”, was just stating the fact of how I felt, it’s a bad place with bad service. And they can’t even take a genuine feedback from the customer to do improvements, but rather counterattack back on their customers, I think that says it all."
"Best hair cut I have had in years. Great chat. I was a lunchtime walk in and delighted they made time for me. Highly recommended."
"I asked for a low skin fade but the fade was blended poorly, my sides and back were unaligned and have a bowl cut round the back of my head. I had to also pay £19.50 which was not a fair price for the treatment I was given."
"Very unwelcoming experience. Bad haircut, the person cutting my hair didn't seem to have experience and for sure wasn't following my directions. Not to mention, she said "I have another customer waiting" as if time management of the barber shop is my responsibility. I was on time. The hair is not even symmetrical. Not coming back.."
