"Good store with a wide variety of products. Could do with more staff on the tills as the queue for self service was ridiculous. It would also be nice if there was some enforcement from staff in regards to kids & their parents not actually parenting. Visiting yesterday, and you would have thought the store was a playground with the amount of kids climbing all over the equipment on display. It made it really hard to actually look at anything we may wish to purchase. Not to mention, you know full well if one of the little darlings hurt themselves, it would be the stores fault and not the fault of the adults lack of ability to parent their own kids properly."
"Never been to a decathlon before, I was looking for a ski jacket for my husband. It looked like they had been very busy as we didn’t find what we wanted however we did get 2 nice pairs of ski glasses at a very reasonable price, the lady who served me was very helpful and polite. I left the store very pleased and happy with my purchase and they also offer a service free of charge up to 3 months after purchase. Staff were very helpful, informative and attentive.
