"It’s not always you here of Great customer service that is not face to face. May I say the query 8 had with my daughters sportswear online was treated with so much care and advice when finding their number and contacting them direct. Even to the point of going through the whole transaction process shopping online can be very daunting, but the member of staff talked me through it calmly, and was very reassuring.
