"Visited this Salon just before December Lockdown.i was lucky enough to get an appointment just before Chirstmas. Full Covid Precautions in place.(Masks,Gloves,Screens) Sanitation desk is available when entering the building. Loved my Lashes and Nails just in time for Christmas. Girl was Polite and Friendly and Great at her job. Will visit again after Lockdown."
"I received a gift voucher from my friends as I was leaving the UK. Contacted her via email first, no response so I contacted her on Facebook. We agreed about an appointment that she cancelled later on and so I asked for a refund as I was leaving short after and it wasn't my fault that I couldn't use the voucher. She said they don't offer a refund on gift vouchers and so I tried to move around my schedule to be able to go another time. I asked her about it, giving her a week of notice but the appointment has passed and she never answered me again. Also, on the voucher she wrote a date that doesn't even exist. I've never been to the place so at this point I'm unsure if it's just a scam or not. But for sure she's absolutely unprofessional."
