Waited 25 minutes (21 Dec) over my alloted appointment time while Navis "fitted in" a regular client/friend before me. No apology given for time kept waiting when eventually taken. Very disappointed with eyebrow finish. One eyebrow not too bad other one a disaster. Hopefully won't be too long before eyebrows grow back!"
