"Was given a gift voucher for a back,neck and shoulder massage. When I arrived, the first thing that got said was I was to pay for the treatment upfront. Then another girl told me to follow her to the room. She never introduced herself and was never given a consultation. Throughout the whole massage, colleagues were outside the door laughing and chatting therefore took away the relaxing atmosphere. When the massage finished, the girl gave me a drink of water and then left, no discussion of the massage, how I enjoyed it or if I had any knots etc. I found myself leaving the salon on my own and didn't get a goodbye. Really disappointed, especially as it was given as a gift."
"Booked in with a student for acrylic nails, took nearly 3 hours and 2 fell off within a few hours. Within 2 days another 3 fell off and now another 2 have fallen off. They said they took no responsibility for students work despite the student working for them. The student wasn't supervised. Asked for my money back which they gave me, however I would have expected them to remove the remaining ones and apply a new set as a good will gesture considering I wasted my Sunday afternoon for something to last a few hours. Will not be returning."

Went back for top-up and received more excellent service and have booked in for more treatments. Honestly, she is amazing!"
