"No option to leave 0 stars or I would have. Place is a joke. Staff are rude and even take to abusing people on social media. You also cannot speak to them on the phone when you call, you need to WhatsApp them. Staff can't answer simple questions, like who owns the practice, they tell you to email the manager, who needs chasing up for answers. Safe to say the manager doesn't care and the staff care even less. They're happy to be nice to you when you're spending thousands but anything less and they're not interested. Avoid this place at ALL costs. They have claimed they take privacy of their patients seriously but broke data protection. From experience, they treat their NHS patients like rubbish and if you're private they do the same once you've handed all your money over."

I had Invisalign for longer than initially expected (15 months in total) my teeth were super close together and didn't move as quickly as others who may have extra space. I also had composite bonding which totally transformed the end result. Dr Ahad really does know his stuff. The dental nurses are all really nice and professional.
