"Massive decline in quality of service since ownership change. Took car in for a handbrake cable, took four days and charged ridiculous amount for labour rather than admit couldn't do job, damaged interior driver footwell leaving massive crack, left brakes locked causing a £280 repair bill, damaged air con. When I queried with garage that I thought brakes were locked tried to insist I must need a new steering pump and became aggressive when another garage confirmed that the brakes had been left locked and refused to resolve. Also know other drivers who have had issues. Wouldn't go near if you value your car, time or money."
