"This store have signed up to Evri drop off for amazon, which amazon themselves stated, I do not have to package or print off a label... I went inside and shop keeper said I have to package the item, as mobile data reception out there is abysmal, I didn't bother challenging his incompetent or wilful ignorance. The following is from amazons customer return policy; "You do not need to package your return or print a shipping label. Your QR code will be accessible on your Amazon app and you will also receive an email of the QR code. Take your QR code to a Packageless Evri Parcel Shop and hold it towards the camera on the Print In-Store device. The Print In-Store device will help you create a label. Hand over the label and your product to a member of the store and they will do the rest for you." they likely know who I am, and unlucky. it's unfortunate you sign up for this and do not comply with amazons standards."
