"Five stars is not enough for this place! I brought my car here for an MOT and it failed quite spectacularly, previous garages had done far more harm than good which left me with a dangerous car. Being autistic meant that I had been fully taken advantage of and the amount of work my car needed was almost two pages long. At all times during my experience with Autofusion I was kept updated, no corners cut and fully transparent with everything. I was able to contact them whenever I liked and was always greeted with a friendly voice at the other end of a phone. I cannot praise the staff here enough for everything they have done for me. My car is my independence, it's the only way I can get around and the team here approached this with so much respect and empathy for my situation. My car is only a hatchback but the team treated it like it was worth one million pounds. Do not go anywhere else but Autofusion. I can guarantee that not only will your vehicle be in the hands of the best experts, but you will be given a fair price and updates at every step. I want to especially thank Ian and Lorraine for everything they have done for me, they've given me back my independence and fulfilled a lifelong dream of sitting in a Lamborghini. "The customer service was amazing. I had an issue with my car stereo and was asked to come in the same to have a look. I ended up buying a new stereo which they fitted. I have now rung them this morning with a fuel injectors issue and have been asked to take my car in today so someone can have a look. Cant fault these guys. Well recommended"
"First class professional service & advice. My car was originally booked to repair damage to 2 x Diamond Cut wheels. Paul called to advise a repair was not advisable and suggested powder coating as an alternative. He quoted a reasonable price and car was ready for pick up on the originally agreed.
