"So, my car was rear ended and I was offered Gemini ARC as the repair facility. As this was a no fault accident I didn't think I had a choice. What I can say is WOW. What a repair, thank you. The car looks like a showroom condition demonstrator. It is flawless, I have a full printout of all the works and the team explained exactly what was done. I couldn't be happier. On driving home the car is for better words perfect. I was kept informed with text messages and phone calls throughout the whole process, from initial pickup before repairs to collection after repairs. "Had to have 2 side doors replaced due to a non fault accident. Gemini Uddingston dropped a courtesy car to my home and regularly kept me up to date on the progress. The work done was to a high standard and looked good as new. Would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the long wait to get the parts."
"Had a non fault accident where my rear bumper, boot, crash bar and a few other parts were smashed in. First of all I am EXTREMELY picky with who I let to touch my car, but unfortunately I would have had to pay extra to get it sorted by my usual garage. Luckily Alan's team did a great job on fixing all parts needed and repainting the car. I would have noticed a single scratch but it was indeed a very good job. Knocking one star off because I had to drive to Uddingston myself to pick up the courtesy car and then again to drop it back off and pick my own car up, but happy enough overall. I was so paranoid after reading some horrible reviews on other Gemini ARC branches, so if you're in the same boat I wouldn't worry about this particular one!"
