"Visited the shop last week for a spa pedicure. I've been several times in the past and always been happy with the service. Staff member carrying out treatment was friendly and pleasant as usual, but disappointingly, he talked (hands free with ear pods in) on his phone the majority of the treatment. To make matters worse, it was a face time call. He just propped the phone up on small stool while he tended to my feet. Not very relaxing. Hopefully they see this review and something like that doesn't happen again as I do like using the shop."
