"I do not usually purchase on line but in this instance Screwfix had a good selection of Band Saws that I was looking for. The item being a band saw , having checked their web sight I chose the Saw that that I considered the best specification and value for money. I chose the Scheppach Basa 1 at just under £200. I ordered on line and was given a delivery period of up to 9 days, to my surprise and delight it was delivered the very next morning. Assembly of the saw was clear and quite easy from the instructions provided. I installed the saw and have carried out my initial test without issue. I am delighted and very impressed with my purchase but also with the excellent customer service from Screw Fix and their chosen delivery company I will certainly be using Screwfix again"
"I arrived yesterday evening at 6pm to pick-up an order. Evenings are typically a good time for me to pick things up because of work commitments. Imagine my annoyance, therefore, when I turned up to collect orders only to find the shop closed because of 'unavoidable circumstances'. This is clearly no way to run a business."

B and Qs in cannonmills and longstone that took days to get items you needed in stock.... staff are friendly and there is normally good stock in... i try to order in advance and use the app.. not just the website on my phone.. the app tells you much more clearly if something is not in stock"
