"Very helpful staff good one"
"Ordering for collection is great and can’t fault the Screwfix brand. However the staff in this branch were less than helpful at my collection and behaved as if they were being forced to serve the public rather than trying to welcome customers and enjoy their jobs. Language was a bit choice from behind the counter area as well with colleagues messing about with each other. I’ll be avoiding this branch as much as possible and using one of the many other more friendly, helpful, professional, welcoming branches."
"Absolutely shocking customer service. Was spoken to like i did not matter and was spoken over so many times. Given attitude by the younger woman who served me. I was in collecting for my diasbled brother in law and this is how i was treated. Certainly wont be back to this store."
"The best customer service I have received in quite some time. I ordered an item online for same day collection. Due to traffic, I arrived just after 16:00hrs and the store closed at 16:00hrs. The staff were outside just about to lock up and initially told me they were closed. However, when I was walking away, the manager (I presume, as he had the keys) asked if it was an online collection. When I said yes, he opened the shop back up and went back in to collect my item. This was above and beyond what I would have expected and saved me a lot of trouble. Overall, great shop but even better staff. Thank you."
