"They don't do acrylic infills properly. They just apply more acrylic over lifted sections creating air pockets that can hold moisture and cause infection, as well as making your acrylics weak. I was embarrassed to question their method because the shop was very busy and people were waiting but my acrylics started lifting straight away and I went to get them removed and fixed elsewhere. They seemed very rushed but I also waited a long time as they moved between clients. Another customer complained her nail art was smudged but they didn't have time to fix it and charged her full price. The tools don't seem clean and the files / buffer block were so old and broken it kept catching and yanking my nails. Uncomfortable experience and I won't be back. 2 stars because obviously they do some people's nails well and the shop is attractive and 1 member of staff was very polite. I think it's a gamble if you get the good nail tech or the bad ones."
