"Wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the last salon on earth. I called in 4 days in advance for multiple services. One lady said I’m all booked in and when I went in she said there’s no booking in their system. Said she can’t do any service. I had to drive 5miles to get to this place. She didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise. She was rude and had no sense of customer service. If it were up to me, I would give it a negative 5 rating. Hate that such places still exist and are thriving. Such an unfair world."

"Went to get eyebrows and upper lip waxed. She pulled my skin with the wax strips many times but didn't care or apologies for it. Waxed my eyebrows unevenly, she just applied the wax and took it off, no care for the quality of the work or any attention to details. It was £14, I'll keep paying more for people who care about your well being as a client and who care about the final result. I do not recommend, except if this is your very last option."

"I wont be using them again as i had an appointment today to get my lashes done but on arrival i was told the girl wasnt in cost me £8 in a txi to get there and £8 back. They could have phoned or texted me to let me know as they do have my number. Not a good start as i was going to make it a monthly visit and had just boosted their shop to friends how good they were sorry but i take it back. Cost me £16 fir nothing so im not happy"

"I went yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded as the threading is closed on a Sunday in Superdrug but needed them done for an event. I asked her to fix up the top part and to not shape the bottom as I like them thicker… She completely reshaped them and made them look like how eyebrows looked in the 90’s which is not what I asked for and my expression looks I’m constantly surprised. What is the point asking how they look after they are done? Nothing you can do about it then. I want to cry every time I look at them in the mirror, I hate them!"

"Very good experience. Salma really stands out, can always trust her to fix up my eyebrows. Very good management! Also great to see how the staff members are careful and adhere to the local government guidelines for COVID. Highly recommend"
