On my way out Siobhan asked if I wanted to rebook, which I already had, and she was super helpful when I enquired about brows/patch test. She’s like a breath of fresh air! I was booked in with Roxy for BIAB nails. I felt great energy from Roxy immediately and a friendly warm welcome. She explained what she was doing and made sure I was happy each step of the way and gave me plenty time to choose a colour. I’m thrilled with my nails and have no hesitation using Roxy again.
