"Great food. Tasty and we'll made and presented, but they took 20 minutes to prepare meals for 4 people, and then there were 3 portions of fries missing. I'd definitely go to Taco Bell again, but not that branch."
"Wasn't expecting the cheapness and selection that there is North America, but definitely felt the food was over priced. Food wasn't assembled very well but did taste alright. The restaurant was messy and the toilets didn't look like they had been cleaned in some time. There was even blood spat on the mirror... Probably will save Taco Bell as a treat when in Canada or the states for now..."
"We went today for dinner at around 7:20. We are vegetarian, we ordered a few burritos (some were part of the meal and came with fries and drinks). They were all very tasty and decently priced. We also order a quesadilla which was also nice. Afterwards we ordered churros without any sauce and cinnamon twists. The cinnamon twists were good but the churros are a lot better, so I would recommend getting the churros. There were also two ordering kiosks. This was also decently priced. The store was large with lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. There were toilets in the store too, which were fairly clean but, unfortunately there was no toilet paper. I would totally recommend going there."
"Shockingly bad. Waited almost two hours for our first ‘post veganuary’ meal to arrive. Eventually received maybe half of the order. The food was equally as terrible. It was not worth the wait."
"I wanted to like it but unfortunately failed to find any redeeming features. We went on a Sunday lunchtime. There are automated screens for ordering - only one was working and genuinely I think the only reason the others were down were because no one had bothered refilling the receipt roll. One thing I noticed was the ordering screen wasn't the best, sometimes you thought something hadn't added to your order and actually it meaning you press it multiple times and end up having to remove items from your order providing you remember to check it before you pay. The only way I could describe the place as being run was 'rabbit in headlights' - the staff seemed to be struggling and firefighting their way through the shift (it appears they had appropriate staffing levels but lacked direction). At this point I decided I would give it 3 out of 5..... Then I got the food..... I love Mexican inspired food but I can hand on heart say this was the worst I have ever eaten in my life. I have attached pictures so you can see. I had the nachos and they had this sickly greasy sort of flavour going on (though didn't look that greasy) - they were also supremely salty. I love salty food but my tongue was close to turning into jerky.... I also felt like I had the charred remains of previous nachos in the bottom of my tray. My OH had two burritos for his lunch (he almost ordered 3 by mistake and now I feel bad because they were so small and wasn't full in the slightest). Apparently they lacked in any kind of flavour and were so small I can only describe them as almost child sized portions? He's been to Taco Bell in the states and says please don't expect the same level of value for money - the name is the same and that's it. Taco Bell in the states is far better. I also ordered extra sour cream for my nachos (one extra for the dish itself and then two extras on the side as that's how it made me order). I had to pay extra for this and I'm not even sure the pots were a third full (the picture doesn't really show it well though). I also ordered churros (just two with the sauce) and they were over fried and stone cold at the same time. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere other than this place."
