"I went for their waxing service and asked for the woman waxing me (shaumayla?) to stop half way as it was clear she was inexperienced and I was genuinely fearing for my skin!! There was no gloves worn, she tweezed me with her fingers which I think I was in shock about. I was left completely sticky from wax! I will not be back and I ask the owner to train their employees up or take the waxing service down! Having now read the absolutely disgusting reply below which is full of lies. I will be taking this further. You cannot lie and expect to get away with it... What an awful way to treat a client and try to get away with it! You did not ask me to leave. I asked you to stop. What a thing to lie about! Get yourselves some lessons on customer service!! I was also only 5 minutes late not 20. Do not try to twist it when you know you are in the wrong! I did not expect to be seen straight away. You asked me to take a seat when I came in and I patiently waited for you to finish up with the lady's eyebrows you were threading. Once you were done you took me in. I did not rush you at all. This reply to me is complete lies. Your daughter had returned and you were in a rush to get out so don't worry I remember all the facts. At no point was I rude or aggressive. I was extremely nice to you even though it was a complete botch job! Further to this review I have called the shop and asked for an explanation and you asked me to come in to the shop which I refused and then hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour."
