"I had searched around for an MOT Service and found this place!! I had taken the to be serviced and repaired as I knew there would some repairs required as per the MOT! I dropped the car in the morning around 9-10 am I got a call around 12 advising it would cost 550 APROX I wasn’t too concerned on the cost as and where appropriate. I called back later just get a little more specific to what needed repaired and the costs! I was advised by the owner of the garage!! “This isn’t job! We don’t give out individual charges per item l!! Pick your car we don’t want to repair it!! Basically they had been aught try to over charge and when I asked I was paying for they couldn’t and refused to answer!! All they said was the total job would cost me 550 APPROX I called several garages and not quoted me over 450 including the MOT!!! Steer clear of this place!!"

"I've been using them for a few years, initially because they were local, then because they were the first garage I'd ever used who were honest enough to tell me I didn't need anything done at MOT. Unfailingly helpful, polite and cheerful, work a high standard, prices certainly no higher than the chain garages and they can normally see you in a few days."

"Got car MOT done, car failed, they quoted 450 for repair. Took a while to gather cash together, bike it was. Noted on failure list ARB droplinks, not unusual, its an astra h, plastic or metal standard droplinks need done every year. I fitted meyle HD ones less than 1500 miles ago so I didn't have to replace them every year. Slightly suspicious that this garage said they had excessive play, took it to another reputable garage. Car failed again, 4 things instead of 10, £180 to repair including MOT, NO DROPLINKS NEEDED, NOT EVEN AN ADVISORY FOR THEM! Maybe my face didn't fit, I was polite, courteous and prompt in my interactions with them. Maybe it's because it wasn't a mk3 escort or some other 'classic' , remember when you could buy an escort mk3 for less than £200 quid with an MOT? Will not use them again, will recommend others to steer clear unless you're a family member or friend of the owner as they will try to rip you off soooo hard. Funny that they have the motor trade fair deal details proudly displayed in the reception."

"great service, issue investigated and solved really quickly, car is driving spot on and the cost was a 10th of what several other garages had quoted. Friendly and helpful on the phone and at the counter, a lot of other places could take some lessons away about great customer service from these guys! Top marks overall, definitely will use again, next up tracking!"

"Have used these guys for some years now. They mot and service my car. When I have any mechanical issues, I just pop in and see them. They also do recovery, so no need to worry if it wont start. I have always found them to be friendly and helpfull, and they do a first rate job at reasonable prices. They are not ripoff mearchants, and will often do small jobs at no cost. (rare these days). Would highly recomend you give them a try, you wont be sorry you did."
