He has rescued me from breakdowns when I let my breakdown policy expire. I've found him on my lawn welding a part which could not be sourced in time to repair it to get me mobile again. "Contacted to arrange for car heating to be fixed, seemed happy enough said would have a quote for me within the hour, 24hrs later no response.. Chased no response. Its OK to not do a job but to ignore customers is indefensible. No need for it really I'm sure he wouldn't be best pleased if customers ignored him at payment time. Customer service is paramount and unfortunately this instance and from what the reviews are saying its a bit of a regular occurrence. Avoid at all costs."
"Worst mechanic in my life took hour and half to change a coil he blamed the antiroll bar well there 15 pound I'm 5 mins away from euros save time 2 jobs at once but nope , but I gave him benefit of the doubt asked him to do 2 off the anti roll bars which 2 bolts each side , the wish bone is 3 bolts and to do other spring but ignored me .... So deleted his number !!!!!!!"
