"Offered a very expensive living room wall unit I obtained from Forest Furnishings and discussed over the phone with a very nice gentleman who knew exactly what I was talking about, but when the guys came to collect it, they refused! Obviously didn’t fancy carrying it downstairs! Yet, I see some people dropping off absolute and utter garbage flat pack stuff that comes from B&Q and should be in a dump! Waste of everyone’s time"

"Back in 2018, done Voluntary work for 8 weeks... The staff were friendly and made me feel like part of the team. I am a quiet person mostly, but working with Sonya, Debbie and Lisa, they all helped me adjust to the busy shop's routine, Lisa was there for me to learn how to use their computer to print out price tickets and increased my confidence in talking to customers who visited the store.
