"Took my car down last Monday as my car had went into limp mode and 2 lights had came on they checked it on the diagnostic and said it was a cylinder 3 misfire and told me it would b worthwhile getting a gold service witch includes the spark plugs getting changed and that would sort it so that cost me 269 quid. Went back in the Tuesday paid them got the keys and it had the exact same issue told it was the coil pack which it wasn't so then they got an expert in which cost me 45 quid who basically said there could b 2 issues with it at which point got told they couldn't sort it so 320 quid down and cars the same as when I took it down ! I've spoke 2 a real machanic now and they are going 2 sort the issue out 4 me place is a joke all about money grabbing and not actually sorting the problem !"
