"Very efficient service as ever. However, I had the displeasure of being served by the most surly and sullen person I've ever met in my life. He (I think Ryan is his name) simply tossed what I bought onto the desk, said "Here you are" then walked quickly away. No politeness at all. If that's the type of people you're having to employ I feel sorry for Argos."

"Big store in the retail park. In stock position is generally good except sometimes at Christmas on special offers but this is typical of Argos. Parking is free and not specific being part of the retail park. Can be busy but generally you can get in and out of it without too much delay. Store has a jewellers and about 5 tills plus the express pods. Overall, picking up goods is fairly prompt. Service is fine considering the limited contact with staff."
"It wasn't fast it didn't work at all.I had ordered my tablet with collection being in two days. I went in after the two days expecting my tablet but it was not in, i went in nearly every day of the weeks window of opportunity it wasn't until the second last day that someone phoned to find out about the tablet and was told it was on its way. The last day i went in to find out if it had been delivered and it hadn't the girl on the desk gave good service and phoned and found out that there was no more of my products being delivered i got a refund and left no tablet and a over a week of wasted time later."
