Initial phone call was an enquiry, which was dealt with promptly, excellent advice given, which resulted in a site inspection to make sure the machine I was interested in was compatible with the kitchen. Honest advice given, a thorough inspection done, no sales push at any point, Richard obviously very knowledgeable, and passionate about his work, which gave me confidence to not just buy the dishwasher, but to ask his advice and expertise on taking out existing sinks and replacing with custom made one and surrounds, including housing the new dishwasher! Highly recommend Intellico, great service, staff and workmanship, and I'm delighted with the end result!"
