"I restore older cars, as well as keep a small fleet of vehicles. 13 years ago I walked into the shop wearing a flat cap. The shop assistant smirked at my hat. I have never returned. That smirk cost this company hundreds, if not thousands of pounds in lost sales. It was, as the Julia Roberts character said 'Mistake....huge mistake'. My Scottish pounds have gone elsewhere, and will continue to do so. A real shame as I would have preferred to support a local business, but not one run by these jackanapes. And NOT a fake review.
