"There is no 0/5☆ option for this place unfortunately. Where to start from? I've been trying for 1.5 years to purchase an audio systen from them, the first two times no staff member was able to advise me in person whilst in the store and told me I will get called back by someone which never happened. Twice. 3rd time I managed to order the audio system but when I dropped the car for fitting they forgot to order an eseential part. Took the car again after the part arrived and they never called back to let me know when the car was ready. Tried to get hold of them via the customer support line and their own colleagues called 4 times without their call being answered. Not to mention when I took the car in for the 2nd time, they couldn't even find my booking in their system even though I had a confirmation on my e-mail with booking no. and everything. Idk what those guys are playing at but deffo not acting like professionals or at least adults. I was about to spend +£2000 on other parts and labour with them but I'll go to another store even though would be much further rather than spending any money with someone who doesn't deserve me as a client to choose them as a business. Ultimately, when confronted with the fact nobody could get hold of them, they lied and said their colleagues in Customer support never left any message. Can Regional Manager do anything about this please? There are too many errors here for this to be a coincidence and I'm sure it happened to other clients which is causing the store to loose money and the whole brand. As a former retail business manager myself, I am astonished that this is happening and they are let to get away with it. So many talented people out there looking for jobs and them not appreciating theirs."

"Booked in for a tyre change last minute (11pm last night) and they fit me in next day at 3pm. Amazing prices and the guys were really sound and genuine. An added plus was that they managed to do my tyre in 50 mins (even though I expected it to take 2 hours). 10/10 service from Andrew & Frazer did a great job. Will absolutely be returning for the remaining 3 tyres & further work throughout the 2023 year."

"Horrible experience getting battery fitted. A young colleague was fitting a new battery, took a long time, but that's fine. I drove off to discover the battery was so badly fitted it bacame loose under my boonet. The negive transmitter became detached and I lost all power. I had to walk to nearest garage to ask for help. The Halford colleague couldn't help me over the phone and suggested I drive to the store for help. Drive how? Absolute joke, will not use their service ever again."
