"I am tpn dependent and live in a tiny bungalow sometimes they deliver too much stock other times they don't send enough left me feeling unwell sometimes by not sending enough of the vital medication for my stomach acids. I can't plan a life around their schedule and they only tell you the evening before about deliveries sometimes as late as 8pm you get a text and your meant to drop everything like you have no life. When bupa owned this company 5 years ago it was an excellent company but now it is a disgrace."

"They deserve no stars. They have messed up my medication and prescription multiple times. Have had to chase them as well as my parents helping as I work full time multiple times. I have been left without any medication twice now as they just have been incompetent. I have had to start emailing my consultant at the hospital for him to try and sort it as I get no where. it causes me so much anxiety and stress and is a disgrace of a company. They also are not flexible with delivery of medication especially if you work full time. My hospital consultant (because of this companies incompetance) had to pay a courier to deliver it on a Saturday as otherwise as otherwise I would have been left without any medication. They need to sort it out, as this is not patient care and they just constantly lie and say they will phone back and they don't. Am currently about to run out of medication on Tuesday and they are still messing me around. Sort yourself out Lloyds clinical homecare."

"Service not fit for those who work full time. Even for part time/Flexi workers, Lloyds don't tell you your delivery slot until the day before which makes it incredibly difficult to plan. They won't deliver to my pharmacy and I have been having to take annual leave to be at home for my medication. Phone lines always busy when you call. However when you eventually do get through to someone, the customer service guys are usually very friendly and do their best to help."

"Extremely disappointed since our local NHS started using this service, their delivery options fail to cater for those of us who battle to continue in full time employment with no weekend options available and as I don’t have a static workplace they can’t deliver there. The option of delivery to Lloyds chemists has been messed up twice out of 4 attempts with medication being misplaced and me having to chase and chase as the call handlers are clueless. I really hope they loose the contact or at least offer weekend deliveries to accommodate those of us who despite chronic illness still go to work."

"Agree that this company which makes a fortune out of the nhs deserves no stars at all. I regularly have problems getting this company to deliver medicine on time, battles getting them to take clinical waste bins, they refused during the most challenging period when i was unable to go out and i had to pay privately to have them collected, a service that the NHS pays them for. And today having requested alcohol swaps for use prior to my injections, I received 6 months injections and in the second bag after much searching, I found ONE SWAB. To accompany 6 months of injections. Incredible that it took over 40 mins waiting to get a free line to say my meds were late and organise 1 alcohol wipe."
