"Had a bad morning, had to leave my little kitten, missed my flight because purple parking drop off is miles away from the airport departures and I have Fibromyalgia and can't hurry. And Cost me another £110 for a flight 8 hours away . I was over the moon when I got to the Nero Cafe. The staff really cheered me up and made a lovely job of my coffee design. The lemon meringue was just what I needed. Mouthwatering and Perfect. Thanks so much to your cheery staff."
"The cashier who took my order didn’t give me the change correctly after I paid. There were ten pounds missing. I waited too long for him to do whatever was needed in order to give me the 10 pounds. Finally, he gave me the note (bill). However, when landing to my country I found out that, instead of giving me ten Sterling Pounds, he gave me back ten Scottish Pounds. Who in this world would give a traveler at the airport money that he/she will not be able to use outside that country? It is just like he didn’t give me my money back. Really, Caffè Nero? By the way, this occurred on Friday 4th in the afternoon."
"So slow I gave up! X3 to serve muffins, x2 on the til and x1 making all the coffee orders…. At 7am on a Monday morning this is very poor organization…. Bring back Starbucks @ Edinburgh airport"
"6AM at Edinburgh airport and they closed the cafe for breaks? Seriously? You rotate staff breaks, not close down during morning coffee rush."
"guy with a short shaved hair(no beard) had a quite aggressive reaction towards being pointed that i wasch charged differently to whats on the price boards, "Its not my fault this is different, on the board!, what do you want me to do about it! You can go somewhere else" that was his almost shouting words. Never came across anyone talking with that tone to customer."
