"Great selection of sweets"
"Ordered through Hans website, waited an hour and nothing showed up. Phoned up and was told a problem with the machine, fair enough. Waited a further hour to get our food and a portion of the order was wrong... Phoned up again and all we were told was "next time order through whatthefork, sorry" Might just be cos I'm hangry as f, but I at least expected a gesture of goodwill?!"
