Reviews
"They have been extremely professional they have always had my tablets ready and on time we used to use the other chemist in Longfield and they were awful"
"I found the staff most helpful during my late wife's illness no complaints whatsoever"
"Complete waste of time. I ordered my contraceptive pill as usual and when I went to collect and get my biometrics taken, I really felt that the staff at the pharmacy didn’t know what they were doing. At first, the staff were almost arguing over who was going to take my biometrics and it made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The lady who eventually came to deal with me didn’t even know how to put the BP cuff on, I had to do it myself. She said she’d take 2 readings, which is ideal because my first reading is often a bit too high, then the first reading that came up she said was perfect. Then next thing I know, they can’t dispense my prescription because it had been declined. I could hear them discussing it behind the counter - it was because my reading was too high despite her telling me it was ‘perfect’. When she came over to give me the bad news, she just said it was declined for an ‘unknown’ reason and I had to go through 111. So this was a complete waste of my time and I will now run out of my pill before I can get another prescription sorted."
"Worst pharmacist i have ever been to. Rude, arrogant, totally unprofessional and as others experienced talking amongst themselves. Avoid like the plague."
"Attitude of everyone completely changed when there was a problem with the medication I was given. I requested a specific brand and when I got home I realised I was given the incorrect one so I returned to the store. I was met with huffs and puffs, made to feel like it was my fault and told i was wasting nhs money and the medicine would have to be desgroyed etc. I was initially told I would need to get another prescription from my doctor. Eventually they changed the medication, why couldn't it have been done without making me feel terrible? No ownership or accountability for the problem. Disgusting customer service."
