"I never ate at the place and never will. Yesterday went to a bank, which is next to the cafe (the one on Corstorphine). I was there with a disabled person, who suddenly felt the need to use the toilet. We asked at the bank, but their toilet was upstairs, so we rushed out and Naihas was the nearest place we could go to. I quickly entered the cafe and asked a man at the counter if a disabled could use their toilet. I got the answer "no, it's for customers only". They refused a disabled person the use of their toilet... Seriously Naihas? Seriously? Went outside and looked around. There was no place that we could go to that wouldn't have stairs. Having no access to toilets and having the only option rejected you can guess the end of the story. Thanks very much for your "help" fellow citizen... Would you like to sponsor the launderette service?"
"Visited the coffee shop this afternoon got a toasted sandwich coronation chicken absolutely beautiful tasty tea was brilliant my husband enjoyed his bacon roll, love this place, prices were brilliant would highly recommend lovely coffee shop to visit when hungry very friendly and welcoming."
