"They open at 9am. No, actually is a lie, they open when they want, can be 10 am maybe."
"I’ve been there twice and the two times I was there I was racially profiled, spoken to in a rude manner and neglected. The older white woman that works there was racist towards me from the second I entered the pharmacy and she spoke to me as if I was less than when I asked for assistance. She made a mistake with my prescription and when I came back she blamed me for not paying attention. I’ve had friends of colour who have also been to this same pharmacy and their experience has been the same. It’s quite shocking that racism and profiling hasn’t been addressed especially since the person I believe is the owner is of colour."
