"I visited on Tuesday 24th May 2016 at about 1015. The front of house attendant was looking for a bag of drugs for an elderly lady and did not acknowledge my presence. no eye contact but just carried on doing what she was doing. Eventually after 10 minutes the elderly lady suggested she attend to me but I was still ignored. Eventually she (without even looking at me or saying anything) grabbed the form from my hand - at that point I said a very loud THANK YOU and *finally* she looked at me (no idea whether she realised the point I was making or not). I was in there about 20 minutes 75% of the time being ignored. It's been a long time since I have had such bad customer service and needless to say, I did not sign your petition. Workers like that deserve to lose their jobs, there is simply no excuse for not saying a simple good morning, I will be with you shortly...."
