"I was asked to stand outside the pharmacy in excruciating noise from the traffic and nearby stock deliveries while a member of staff was trying to deal with my request because the pharmacist wasn't there yet. It was within the opening hours. I'd expect way more humane customer service from a brand name like boots."

I booked flu jab about 1 week ago With only 24 hours notice they phoned todsy, Thursday, and cancelled my appointment for Friday, since they had not received vaccine and did not know when it would arrive. They were reluctant to give me a new appointment since they did not know when vaccine would be available, but knew that they could not give me a appointment for Saturday because there were no spare appointments"

"Long wait, seem to be ignored waiting for prescriptions. Man serving appears to be quite chaotic flitting from one job to another before finishing what hes doing. Keeps you waiting for prescriptions whilst he ticks off bits of paper and shuffles prescriptions round the desk. Seems like he enjoys making you wait ! If you dare ask for your item he tells you how hard hes working how hes not had a break all day etc etc. Boots need to get someone else on front counter this man cant cope ! Will definately be changing my chemist."
