"Ordered a Dyson hairdryer for my wife supposed to have been delivered to the branch at Caterham on Monday 12th December thought better that relying on the post at the moment still not turned up and now have to wait 8 working days before I can either get my money back or they will send new item. Customer service is as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. Total joke will NEVER. Buy from boots again!!"
"the store manager Mandy was so helpful - advised about difficulties in getting medication and put some of curreny stock aside for me whilst I chased my prescription with the GP. Great service"
"5 stars for the remaining regular staff. They are always polite and helpful. Weekend staff on the shop floor need more customer service training. After asking for something of a sensitive nature, the girl just shouts out "it's over there"! Pharmacy is understaffed and prescriptions are way behind. So you may have to go in to ask for it and wait for it."
"The pharmacy in Caterham boots Is the worst pharmacy I have ever known I order my medication and it’s never there. There once was a whole month where I didn’t have the correct dose of my medication they can never find my medication and then suddenly the next day they find it or I get given half of my medication and have to wait 2 to 3 days for more to come in. They normally blame my doctors constantly for not signing off my prescription it when I phone them I get phone it’s been signed off by the doctor. But I think now they’re just saying it to blame someone else because they couldn’t do it properly. I will be moving pharmacy soon because it’s been going on for too long and they are putting my health at risk."
"One of the few (only?) shops in Caterham that decides to close at lunchtime - just when everyone has a lunchbreak that they could use to visit. Also the fact that you just get a "temporarily closed" sign on the door that gives you no way of knowing if it's worth waiting for it to open or whether to give up and find somewhere else to go - is annoying."
