"Ridiculous, not setting my foot ever again here. Shortage of this shortage of that. SSP in place, they simply don't care about anything, easier to say "we don't have it". Not on one occasion they offered alternatives. Disgusting customer service, they should be out of business."

"My son with complex needs is under specialist dentist in Wallington and has prescriptions for special toothpaste. As we only see the dentist every 6 months, his prescription is for 4 tubes of toothpaste so we don’t run out - I can’t imagine that is unusual. Went in to Coopers and served by horrible horrible woman who essentially accused me of forging the 4x on the prescription - and said she would only give me 1. I said call the dentist and ask them, they will confirm. She refused. She then said she didn’t have any. I don’t think she wanted to serve me - I think she had decided she didn’t like us and was going to find any excuse not to serve us. It was toothpaste - not morphine for goodness sake!! Clearly she lied at some point as she said she would give us 1 tube and then she said she didn’t have any. Anyway popped across the road to Kamsons who were lovely. Filled the prescription without any problem. Asked them to look at the prescription and see if there was anything wrong with it. 5 people examined it very carefully and said it was absolutely fine. I explained that the woman in Coopers had accused me of forging the 4x and they thought that was ridiculous. I only went into Coopers to save crossing the road in the rain but to be honest I’d cross the road 100 times in a thunderstorm before going back. And then only if I was dying and had no where else to go."

"Today I visited this pharmacy in I was speechless in seeing that they are selling face masks for an outrageous £6 EACH!!! They were not even individually wrapped, as they usually come. Instead they were all stuffed in an old Kleenex box and placed on the counter for everybody to spit on, as they talk to the pharmacist. If you don't have anything, these masks are guaranteed to give you something! By the way, I have just purchased 20 face masks on ebay for £46. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS that an established business takes advantage of the current catastrophic situation to make some extra money on the side, especially considering that pharmacies already make incredibly good profits. The pharmacy seams to be family run by Asian people."
