"Whilst the gyms and pool are nice the rest of the set up is an absolute shambles. Every number you call goes unanswered, given the facilities open really early in the morning one would expect there to be someone answering the telephone. It can't be argued that there is no-one there as I tried every one of the numbers given when they go through the annoying "if you want to inquire about this dial 1 etc etc" Yet for everyone of those numbers after a number of rings you get told to hang up and try later! Never come across such an abysmal set up!!"
