"No wonder the ratings are so low for this place!! Came here on a Sunday as a healthcare professional collecting an urgent prescription for a sick patient. Staff were busy clearing out cupboards. One of the staff looked at me and just pretended she didnt see me and continued with checking the cupboards, I then said Hello and she said "Hold on" and she kept going. No other customer in store apart from me. They had the prescription more than 3 hours sitting in their system, but hasnt been checked! 2 other customers came in while I was waiting and were told to return after 15 20minutes. This is ridiculous !! If this is the way they handle a Sunday, I cant imagine how ridiculous they must be during weekdays. Someone in authority needs to have a look at how this place is run and re coach their staff regarding priorties (Read : customers over stock checks) !!"
"The worst ever experience of a pharmacy I did a click and collect and showed the man the number on my phone 10 mins later he comes and says its not ready I then tell him why did you go upstairs The medicines are kept downstairs and then he started to have a go at me about not informing him correctly I said stop your nonsense and get my meds Its your job to ask the questions And not have a pop at the customer Senior management need to look at this place Everyone there was waiting for ages after being told No stock Pathetic staff Pathetic stock levels"
"Nilesh is the breath of fresh air in the ever changing staff at Belmont, he will go out of his way to help you or by sign posting you if he can’t. Overall it’s a busy pharmacy so people need to have patience as well the people working there are as human as you and me. Keep up the good work ."
"My mum recieved terrible customer service. She went there to collect her medicine and was told that it would be ready in 10mins. After 15mins, my mum asked if it was ready? The lady then tells my mum that the medicine is at another chemist on Belmont circle and will ring them to bring it over. A further 10mins went by and my mum asked the lady again if it is ready? The lady then tells my mum that there is no answer from the other chemist (avicenna pharmacy). My mum could have easily got the medicine herself rather than her time being wasted. The asian lady was also rude as she told her colleague to ignore my mum afterwards assuming my mum didn't understand English."
"The young man kept getting things wrong. I had a click and collect order. I waited forever and when it was my turn he wrote down the order number I gave him together with the address I provided. Asked me to sign then gave it back to me with my order. Very odd as I could have been anyone. Not secure at all. No ID asked for either. Please as a pharmacy get your act together"
