"Absolutely disgraceful....telling people to wait outside still,,,,,,you wont tell me to wait outside ever again,,,,i take my custom elsewhere and advise everyone else to do the same..... We have moved on from strict Covid guidlines..... No one should be waiting outside to go into a shop..... The Chemist i now going to be using for my custom say thankyou,they will get all my future repeat prescriptions and all other of my purchases incuding aftershave... Never will i set foot in this shop again"

"The main pharmacist is a tyrant and makes threatening and baseless accusations to conceal his staff's errors. I would never advice anyone who has a disability to use this pharmacy, purely because its independent and any concerns wouldn't be dealt with an impartial view. They never tell you when your medication is ready. Considering other pharmacies offer to text and call. At the beginning of the Pandemic my family were one of the vulnerable's that had to remain isolated. That meant important essentials like shopping and medication had to be delivered. When i called this pharmacy, they told me I wasn't a frontline worker and therefore i wouldn't be entitled to the home delivery service. Considering I was a carer they refused to deliver the medication. In all my years of using Pharmaceuticals this is by far the most ignorant and disrespectful service. Never going to this pharmacy again!"

"Very bad experience. Today I was witness of really unprofessional service. Pregnant young woman got verbally abused by man outside store who was waiting to entry pharmacy and pharmacy staff including young woman who said that she is the owner, refused service only for pregnant young woman. It was clearly discrimination especially when owner of the pharmacy was the same nationality what abusive rude man."

"They refused service for me and my pregnant daughter, 2 women left pharmacy so with logical thinking next 2 customer can entry (2 customer at the same time) they asked my daughter to leave pharmacy so she was confused because 2 customers just left so we supposed to be able to entry. She said to the staff that 2 women just left store and asked them how come? they didn't even know how many people coming in and out (out of control) anyway she left but some rude man outside start yell and swear at her and that how argument between my daughter and this stranger started. The pharmacy staff plus young woman who said that she is the owner refused my daughter and me service using the words "it's my pharmacy so I can" but they accepted rude man who actually started argument (for the record this rude man was the same nationality as the owner of pharmacy). It was unprofessional and racist behavior. Will never ever go there again!"
