"Great service great store and quality clothing Thank you"
"Fantastic shop if you want a handpicked selection of quality men's clothing... When shopping for new clothes, I would normally spend hours rummaging my way through rails in high street shops and often leave with nothing. I've tried to shop online but I'd end up ordering clothes that didn't fit and had to go to the hassel of sending them back. After walking past Paul Smith's shop for a couple of years, I decided to go inside to have a look around as I needed something to wear for a social gathering but didn't want to go into town. The initial thing I noticed was how relaxed the shop felt. I've visited stores that sell similar products in the past and it almost feel like you were being pounced on, this wasn't the case here. I felt free to browse, and if I needed some assistance (which I did) I knew that help was available. I asked Paul for some help and mentioned to him what I was looking for. He then pulled out a small selection of products in my size and laid them out in front of me. After narrowing down the selection, I tried a shirt and a pair of jeans on. Paul's advice was perfect and I chose to purchase those items. I cannot stress how I often waste hours spending time shopping on the High Street, often leaving without buying anything and feeling frustrated. The personal experience that Paul Smith provides totally eliminates that problem. I also heard him mention to another customer that he can alter products for you to make them fit a little better - ideal if the trousers you like are a little too long. If you decide to buy something from Paul Smith's make sure you check out the sale section before you leave as I spotted a really good deal after choosing the items that I went in for. I don't normally leave reviews unless I have a really good experience and this was one of those times."
