"Worst pharmacy ever. No staff at the counter when I needed something. There was one staff member literally hiding around the back store room, playing with her phone. I called her over and she very very slowly made a display of arrogant reluctance, ambling over to me as slowly as possible. She remained silent. Such a surly, rude and entitled individual individual. No acknowledgment, no "hello" or "how can I help you". Appalling, rude and arrogant behaviour. Extremely unhelpful person. Complaint has been made to the head office. I don't put up with nonsense."
