"Hello review was meant to have been left under my name not my daughters but the order number was 50610 happy to send screen shots of emails sent off the email address taken from your official website? Again emails sent to email advised ….. quick email reply few days ago in a snotty manner details supplied as requested and no response or acknowledgment to state you have received this email and are investigating…I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this is the worst customer service and lack of communication I have ever experienced! 2 months on nearly and no refund…. Update has now been 2 weeks no reply or response and again no refund! Absolutely disgusting company advise against buying from this company unless you don’t send returns/ clothes back as you won’t get your money back. Dress didn’t look anything like image on website when received either £40 for some awful thin polyester type material too!!!"
