"I have been in contact with customer care and it is yet to be acknowledged, my visit to this store was definitely not a pleasant one, what I witnessed was horrendously bad, a member off staff I believe to be manager speaking in a awful tone to a staff member in front of the extremely busy store and myself. This experience has definitely put me off attending the Craig park store if that is how the staff get treated from superior staff members. Utter disrespectful behaviour. I am worked up with myself for not saying something at the time to this manager."

"Excellent service when picking up my click and collect order. I was greeted really quickly by staff and the lady who served me was very quick to find my order. I felt that even though I had already made my purchase online that she was genuinely interested in my purchase being suitable. I also enquired if I could send them back via the store if I tried them on there and then, which was quickly confirmed. I was offered a bag when I had confirmed the fit and happiness with the product. I was totally pleased with the first class friendly service I received, thank you."
