KFC Bristol - Hengrove Leisure Park Hengrove Way, South, Bristol BS14 0HR

"Popped in for food and went to toilet before ordering. Toilets were absolutely disgusting. The only available toilet paper was stuck to the floor with urine. There was a McDs cup of what looked like urine next to one of the toilets. Signs up saying that the toilets are checked throughout the day but to let them know if anything is wrong. Queues up to let them know and to order food. After 20 minutes, still hadn’t even been looked at by a member of staff so left. We found cleaner toilets, better quality and faster food from nearby restaurant rather than at the “fast” food place this is supposed to be. The staff here seemed more worried about the Deliveroo drivers than any physical customers. There was a queue in front of us and not one person was served in the 20 mins we were there."

"Tables were dirty, even though there were at least 6 staff members in the front with almost no orders, empty restaurant, talking with each other. I don't think that's very professional or ok. But then again I don't blame the workers; that's a management problem. It was also unusually chilly inside. Other than that, the food was as good as ever. Just the portion of fries was almost half empty."

"If I could give no stars I would. Every single time we have gone into the restaurant (If you can call it that) half the menu items are not on it and the incompetents / rude language of the staff is appalling. Not to mention it’s always dirty….. Thought we would get a takeaway last night as a treat…. The KFC APP would only allow Hengrove so we took the risk… Needless to say we were less than impressed when wrong/missing items were given and the food was not hot at all (I also know it wasn’t Deliveroos fault as he was rapid) I love KFC but this one needs new management or knocking down…"

"Absolutely disgusting to find this in my son's food. Looks like it's been dropped on the floor and picked up and put into the bun along with the hair. Burnt aswell. When waiting outside to go in to see the manager, we sat watching 7 rats running in and out of the bins in the carpark connected to the drive through. Had a refund given, but my god not impressed with the hygiene inside and outside. Would never eat from there again"

"It's been a good experiencie to be in KFC Hengrove Bristol. Staffs are friendly , courteous and efficient. The food were worn and tasteful. KFC's stander. Well done fellas!"
