"I've always had good service here but today was very poor. I ordered my usual rare steak which I always eat in the cafe. Today it was served in a polystyrene box!!! Once you cut the steak the box is also cut made a huge mess, quite embarrassing. I think Mario must be away so standards have dropped. Mario get a grip of your staff."
