Reviews
"We had booked for four people an afternoon Tea, it was just such a beautiful surrounding and the music from the live orchestra was wonderful. The staff were excellent this place is well worth a visit. The food was excellent and would 100% go back. It is a very busy place and you do need to book in advance as it was full, every table was taken per each sitting. I am pretty sure the sittings are every 2 hours."
"We had a lovely Birthday breakfast here. It was during the Jane Austen Festival. I highly recommend reservations. The line for people without reservations was very long. We both had the Egg's Benedict. I had Cappuccino and my husband had tea. It was good but nothing special. The service was excellent and of course, the ambience is really the reason to go. We enjoyed the live piano playing and the dressed up festival goers!"
"Situated along side the famous Roman Baths, The Pump Room is definitely recommended for afternoon tea in a beautiful setting. It is extremely popular so book well in advance. Its advisable to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot as a cue forms from that time when busy. The selection of food both savoury and sweet was delicious and service excellent. To further enhance the experience we were treated to live music from a trio playing piano, violin and cello. Be aware that a service charge is added to your final bill."
"Grate time here. The staff very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic and the coffee and tea was amazing. Also to have a live music from a grand piano really added to the atmosphere. Definitely worth the money. Left feeling like royalty and full bellys."
