"I've been a regular customer of Shawarma House and unfortunately I have to say that the service has been consistently disappointing. They often forget things (especially the Halloumi Salad Box never comes with Salad) when taking my order and I end up paying 2-5 pounds more as a result. It's frustrating and disappointing to not be able to rely on them to get my order right. I wouldn't recommend this place."
"I'm not a regular giver of bad reviews but you forgot to give us our chips when our whole order was 2 kebabs and a side of chips. The kebabs were fantastic. Although you didn't include the separate sauces as requested and put them on kebab instead. I'd recommend some improvements made by the staff to their attention to detail and this can be avoided in the future."
