"Helpless staff, after a long discussions on the phone and long waiting I was told that cars are available only for UK residents or those who have a bank account in the UK.... How is that possible? Renting a car in Spain, Italy or other places is ok but not with enterprise , not in Liverpool.... What a disappointment. Avoid them!"

"Quite poor service. Whilst standing at the desk to be service a chap who finished a phone call shouted over to me if I was "OK". I said "No" I'm waiting to be served. He got out of his chair and came over and said "I'm here now" I can only assume staff are not trained how to serve the public. Getting out of your chair and going to the desk and asking a customer how can I help you is the norm in a professional setting. Not impressed and will not be going back. Challenging a customer is a no no."

"Use Enterprise regularly. Very disappointed. The last car they sent was damaged. I paid for an upgrade and they sent me a low level basic hire by the hour club car, with enterprise logo on the side of it. Not the executive look I was going for when meeting a new customer. Another car they sent me had seen better days, both seats badly stain, and in bedded. They get it wrong more times than right."
